I am working at a school called Roedekro Youth School in Denmark as Vice Inspector.
The Youth School shall give young people the possibillity of consolidation and improvement of their knowledge, give them the understanding of and the preparation to society and contribute to making them increase their life quality as a whole at the same time as develop young people's interest for and ability to participate actively in a democratic society.
The Youth Schools are locally financed and rooted in the local community. This gives the possibillity of flexibillity and corresponds to the local needs and wishes. At the same time it gives great varity and versality in the total picture of the role of Youth Schools.
